HireQwik (“we”, “us”) is operated by AIDUBBINGSTUDIO PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in India. This policy covers the marketing website at hireqwik.in. The HireQwik application at app.hireqwik.in is used under a separate agreement with each customer, and candidate data processed there is governed by that agreement.

What we collect on this site

Demo and waitlist requests. When you submit the “Book a demo” or waitlist form, we collect the details you enter: name, work email, phone number, company, approximate hiring volume, and any message you add. Apart from the live demo described next, this is the only place this site asks you for personal information.

Live AI interview demo. If you start the live demo, we collect the name and work email you enter, then record the conversation with our AI interviewer, transcribe it, and score it, exactly as we would for a real candidate. The recording, transcript and scorecard are stored with our cloud providers and processed by our speech-to-text, text-to-speech and language-model providers (currently Deepgram, Cartesia and Microsoft Azure). Your scorecard is emailed to you, and our team is told you took the demo so we can follow up about HireQwik. We use it for nothing else. Scorecard links expire automatically, and you can ask us to delete the recording at any time.

Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that works without cookies and does not collect personal data or track you across sites. It gives us aggregate counts: pages viewed, referral sources, country.

Advertising measurement. We use the Google Ads tag (gtag.js) to measure whether our ads lead to demo requests. Google may set cookies in your browser for this purpose. See Google’s privacy policy for how Google processes this data, and “Cookies and your choices” below for how to turn it off.

Business visitor identification. We use Apollo.io’s website visitor tracker to learn which companies visit this site, so our team can follow up with businesses that may be interested in HireQwik. Where it runs, a script stores an identifier in your browser and sends Apollo your IP address, the pages you view, and technical details about your browser. Apollo matches this to company information, and for some visitors in the United States it may also match it to an individual’s business contact profile. See Apollo’s privacy policy for how Apollo processes this data, and “Cookies and your choices” below for how to turn it off.

Technical logs and fonts. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. Fonts are served from our own server; no font request goes to a third party.

Cookies and your choices

Google Ads and Apollo.io are the only tools on this site that store anything in your browser: cookies, and similar data kept in your browser’s local storage. Both are optional.

• If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, neither one loads until you allow it in the banner shown on your first visit. You can accept both, reject both, or choose each one separately. We tell where you are from your device’s time zone, not your IP address; if your browser does not share a time zone, we ask as well. Google is also told not to use ad cookies for visitors whose IP address places them in those regions.
• Elsewhere, both load by default.
• Wherever you are, you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Turning a tool off removes what it stored on this site and reloads the page so it stops running.

We keep your choice in your browser’s local storage for six months, then ask again. Plausible needs no cookies and runs either way.

How we use it

• To respond to your demo or waitlist request, which is the purpose you gave it to us for.
• To run the live demo you started, send you its scorecard, and follow up with you about HireQwik.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To measure advertising effectiveness in aggregate.
• To learn which companies visit the site, so our team can reach out to businesses that may be interested in HireQwik.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the data you submit here for anything unrelated to the request you made.

Where it goes

Form submissions are emailed to our team and stored on our servers hosted with Amazon Web Services (Mumbai region, India). Email is handled through Google Workspace. Analytics data lives with Plausible; ads measurement with Google; visitor identification with Apollo.io, which is based in the United States. Live-demo recordings, transcripts and scorecards are stored with Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure and processed by the speech and language-model providers named above, some of which operate outside India. We share personal data with no one else, unless required by law.

Retention

We keep demo and waitlist requests for as long as needed to handle the conversation they started, and then for our ordinary business records. If you want a request deleted sooner, ask us. Live-demo recordings, transcripts and scorecards are kept while we follow up with you and then deleted; ask us and we will delete them sooner. Visitor-identification data is kept by Apollo under its own retention policy.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct, or erase the personal data you gave us, and you can raise a grievance about how it was handled. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also have the rights your local data-protection law gives you, including the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to interview@hireqwik.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is for employers and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on the page itself.
