Privacy Policy

HireQwik (“we”, “us”) is operated by AIDUBBINGSTUDIO PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in India. This policy covers the marketing website at hireqwik.in. The HireQwik application at app.hireqwik.in is used under a separate agreement with each customer, and candidate data processed there is governed by that agreement.

What we collect on this site

Demo and waitlist requests. When you submit the “Book a demo” or waitlist form, we collect the details you enter: name, work email, phone number, company, approximate hiring volume, and any message you add. This is the only place this site asks you for personal information.

Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that works without cookies and does not collect personal data or track you across sites. It gives us aggregate counts: pages viewed, referral sources, country.

Advertising measurement. We use the Google Ads tag (gtag.js) to measure whether our ads lead to demo requests. Google may set cookies in your browser for this purpose. See Google’s privacy policy for how Google processes this data.

Technical logs and fonts. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves your browser sending your IP address to Google.

How we use it

• To respond to your demo or waitlist request, which is the purpose you gave it to us for.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To measure advertising effectiveness in aggregate.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the data you submit here for anything unrelated to the request you made.

Where it goes

Form submissions are emailed to our team and stored on our servers hosted with Amazon Web Services (Mumbai region, India). Email is handled through Google Workspace. Analytics data lives with Plausible; ads measurement with Google. We share personal data with no one else, unless required by law.

Retention

We keep demo and waitlist requests for as long as needed to handle the conversation they started, and then for our ordinary business records. If you want a request deleted sooner, ask us.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct, or erase the personal data you gave us, and you can raise a grievance about how it was handled. Write to interview@hireqwik.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is for employers and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on the page itself.
